REC Member
Project Resource became members of the REC in April 2009 as part
of our ongoing commitment to providing a professional service to
the employers and job seekers we deal with.
What is the REC?
The REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) is the
representative body for the UK's £27 billion private recruitment
and staffing industry with a membership of more than 8,000
corporate members comprising agencies and businesses from all
sectors and 6,000 members of the Institute of Recruitment
Professionals (IRP) made up of recruitment consultants and other
industry professionals. All members must abide by an REC Code
of Professional Practice.
What does this mean for Project Resource?
By joining the REC Project Resource has pledged itself to
a set of guidelines governing professional practise.
We are held accountable to these by the REC and would
loose our accreditation should we be found to be in breach of
these.
This means that whether you are an employer looking to
take on staff through Project Resource or a job seeker entrusting
us to represent you and your interests you can rely on us to act in
accordance with the REC's standards.
